Everyone we worked with was amazing, knowledgeable, helpful, and cared about the customers. Aine L in Grafenwoehr office is top notch and is such an asset. She is extremely knowledgeable, helpful, and truly cares. She is amazing! All of the staff at the Port in Bremerhaven, and staff at customs made it such an enjoyable experience. Everyone we encountered in this process was extremely professional, helpful, caring, and truly happy for us. Those are traits hard to find these days. Nice cars but the staff doesn't know how to sell , we asked for a car under $15k and we said we didn't want a new car , the guy said the only way we'll get approved is if we apply for a new fort SUV that's $ 30k + , the deposit to hold the car was $100 ( totally understandable) but now he's dodging us for the money back and for days won't respond to the text messages. Very unprofessional, wouldn't recommend it at all .

This MAS had a wonderful sales representative. She went above and beyond the mark when it came to find the best fit for me and my family. We almost were going to give up looking for a car because the banks and the economy wasn't looking like we had any luck, but Aine didn't give up reaching out and found us an even better car and a better and more affordable price. The process is simple as long as you understand everything that you will sign for but I love my new car it's the perfect fit for my family and I.

My husband and I had a WONDERFUL experience with MAS! Aine was ABOVE AND BEYOND helpful in the whole process! We purchased a new vehicle, and throughout the mountains of paperwork and forms, Aine was always just a text/call away from answering our questions and helping us out. (We had tons of questions haha). She helped to get us the best deal, and thoroughly explained what steps needed to be taken to get the vehicle registered and in our name. Our journey of shopping for a car was off and on for many months and through that whole process, we had a wonderful dealer named Aine. We were very indecisive, constantly changing our minds, and would drag our feet. Despite that, our dealer was extremely patient with us, never pushy, and very available. Aine made everything very easy administratively for us and was always very kind to us and our children; I highly recommend her. Only reason for the 4/5 instead of 5/5 is because there are better value deals out there, but they are further away and their processes are not as easy as MAS makes it.
