Over the past few years, I have consistently enjoyed exceptional service from the entire team, which includes the attentive leasing office staff and the hardworking maintenance crew. I’ve had such a great experience living at Bell Warner Center! The entire staff, especially Janet, Rochelle, Diego, and Christy, go above and beyond to make residents feel welcome and taken care of. They’ve always been incredibly helpful and attentive to any needs or questions I’ve had.

The grounds are immaculate and beautifully maintained, giving the entire community a resort-style vibe that makes living here so enjoyable. Plus, it’s incredibly dog-friendly, which has been a huge bonus for me. The amenities and atmosphere really make it a standout place to live.

The staff at this apartment complex are amazing. They do hold fun events/parties that are always a blast. Janet, Rochelle, and Christie are all awesome. Like I said I love the events and it's a beautiful lobbie and a great gym. If some of the residents weren't so messy and inconsiderate at times this place would be perfect!

My in-person tour with Janet Walker was the worst experience I’ve ever had.
1. When I arrived, I called the leasing office from the parking lot using speakerphone, but no one answered. I walked around to the main entrance and waited for someone to pass by so the door could unlock automatically. Once inside, I found Janet sitting at her desk, giving me an annoyed look. She asked why I hadn’t used the call pad. As someone new to the property, I didn’t realize it was an option, and the glare from the glass made it impossible to see her inside. Despite being only about ten feet away, she made no effort to assist or let me in.
2. While she remained seated and showed me units on her computer, she never invited me to sit down. I stood awkwardly in front of her for six minutes.
3. During the tour, she repeatedly let doors close in my face instead of holding them open. She spoke to me with her back turned most of the time, and it was clear from her attitude that she found me bothersome. She even made it a point to say, “There are already three other people interested in this unit,” which only added to the feeling that I wasn’t a priority.

My experience with Janet Walker was appalling. In over 12 years of apartment hunting, this stands out as the worst. Although I liked the property itself, her behavior is the sole reason I’m now exploring other options.

No response is necessary, as I’m not interested in speaking further or accepting an apology.

We love our new home at Bell Warner Center! My wife and I were forced to leave our home after our next door neighbor’s unlicensed handyman started a fire inside the wall by soldering inside it. We’re safe and sound but our home needs to be torn down to the studs, which will take 12-14 months.

My wife found Bell Warner Center, and, after living in a hotel for the first 5 weeks, we finally moved in here. From the first moment we met Christie, the leasing agent, we knew we had found our new temporary home. Christie was amazingly helpful, knowledgeable, and personable, short of being back in our home, we feel like we’ve made the right choice. The unit is furnished and beautiful, with high ceilings, a spacious and open floor plan, and excellent security features.

We found that the freezer wasn’t making ice, so I went to the leasing office and met Rochelle, equally kind, sympathetic, personable, who took care to get the problem fixed within 24-48 hours. True to her word, the next day, Noah came by and took his time to thaw the frozen water line. He, also, was kind, considerate, and extremely helpful. He fixed it, and all, again, is well.

The sofa and dining chairs were not very comfortable, so, once again, Christie arranged to have them swapped out this morning, not even 24 hours later, and…once again, all is well.

The big things are easier to handle, but it’s the seemingly “little” things that are all too often overlooked but make the biggest difference in the minds of tenants/customers, and I must say that the team in the Bell Warner leasing office are excellent caretakers and ambassadors for Bell Warner Center. We’re more than pleased with the superb care and fantastic support we’ve enjoyed here, and we rest very easily knowing we made the right choice. Thank you so much to Christie, Rochelle, and Noah for all you’ve done to help make our transition as seamless and smooth as it’s been. Attention to detail is so critically important and you’ve nailed it. We’re very thankful and happy to be here.

Last night was the Resident Event, and it was incredible! I really enjoy living here the grounds, the maintenance team and especially the staff.. special shout out to Janet she is wonderful.Also, Christie, and Charles. Keep up the good work guys!!
