I got to work with John, who was EXTREMELY patient with me. I knew I wanted an X3, but was open to other models. After looking for a Substantial amount of time, I opted to go with an X3. After determining they didn’t have any in stock that met my configuration, John worked his magic and retrieved one of their last allocations, and changed it to a Special Order.
